When I imported the gridlines they are not a set. So I keep moving each individual line! I tried the align and the lock but neither worked. When I import, it creates a page for the grid not an object that I can move like in your videos. I tried to compare all the options with yours when importing and cannot find any discrepancies. Can you give any guidance?

This was a great tutorial! I am not the best at appliqué sewing, so I made the bobbin the same color as my back fabric so it wouldn’t show as much. I will make a few of these to practice.

You could take an easel with you to retreat and.put your mini design wall on the easel so you can quickly set it up.

This is one busy week and weekend for me as well. I have been out and about preparing for the June Birthday BBQ. My granddaughters was, June 18, my daughter in law the 23rd and mine the 24th in which my twin came from North Carolina to celebrate our 70th birthday together. my sewing is on hold until next week, but I downloaded the pattern and instructions.

Congrats on reducing your blood pressure...and I am so impressed with all of your canning and baking...I am behind on the clues, but I go slow...I need some tips on fabric placement after the first and second pieces are sewn and trimmed...Jack the ripper and I have spent too much time ripping out pieces that were too short and didn't cover the space for the third and following sections. I feel like I missed something along the way...do you have any tips to help with placing the fabric so it isn't short and have to be ripped out and resewn? Thanks so much for your help. Thank you, Lisa.🌅 I'm always happy to hear your happiness. You're a very dear heart. Nothing quite like fresh honemade bread! Since there's only 2 of us here now, one loaf is enough. Of course, it can always be frozen. I did that often when the "kids" were home. Even our son still makes his own bread. It's so hot here in FL, we keep our bread in the frig (double-wrapoed). Most is used for toast. Like you, I gave up using an electric mixer, & just use my hands, which I also enjoy. That long knead is definitely a great tip for good slicing loaves...developing the gluten gives the dough structure to hold up to spreads, slicing & handling, etc., & a very nice "chew". Kudos to you for the great experimentation & sharing what you've learned! It's a benefit, always 💜 Love you. (Hint: when the jug of milk is freshly opened, remove what you need for baking into a jar (can heat in micro for bread), then Harlan can drink the rest, lolol.
